Planning Advisory Commission & Board of Adjustment

For each Planning Advisory Commission (PAC) and Board of Adjustment (BOA) hearing, the Land & Resource Management Staff develops a report for the Commissioners and Board Members. This Staff Report contains information about the application for preliminary plats, conditional use permits, and variances including surveys and design drawings, information supplied by the applicant, findings of fact and comments from staff, and finally recommendations to the PAC/BOA. The report is used by the PAC/BOA members to make decisions on the applications and is available to the public for their review.

Staff Recommendation Reports are available for each PAC/BOA meeting through the County Calendar on the website home page.   Prior reports can be requested by e-mail to Please include the specific meeting dates you wish to receive and remember to include your address.
